The customer agrees and acknowledges that no refund shall be provided if the cancellation information is received after the reporting time of the cab. If cancellation request is received before an hour of the scheduled pickup, convenience charge would be deducted from the amount which has been booked for travel as preauthorization or advance. The cancellation can be done over the phone but not later than an hour of the scheduled pickup all cancellation to be made against the booking ID provided at the time of booking the cab.

The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the services offered by Cabzone is at the sole risk of the Customer.

Cabzone shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the Customer arising out of the use of Cabzone service offered by Cabzone.

Cabzone shall be entitled to terminate any booking at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to the Customer.

Customer is liable to pay for any additional distance travelled and also for additional hourly charges if applicable .Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.

All bookings under consideration are on a calendar day basis i.e from midnight 12:00 to midnight 12:00.

Cabs that are booked for outstation (any or all of Oneway, round trip & multicity) cannot be used for local travel. As an example if a customer books a cab from Mumbai to Shirdi then to Pune and back to Mumbai for a period of 3 days in total & has a predefined Km limit of 750 Kms and he returns back to Mumbai on the second day & has a balance Km limit of 50 with one day remaining, inspite of this he is not entitled to consume this 50Kms for local travel in Mumbai (Source city).

One way Cabzone services have all travel charges like toll, taxes etc applicable when the vehicle returns back to its original location (garage) after dropping the customer to his destination. As as example if a customer avails one way Cabzone service from Pune to Mumbai, he will have to pay all charges applicable while the vehicle returns back from Mumbai to Pune.

The driver will wait for the customer on the travel date for not more than 60 minutes from his pick up time in a case the customer does not inform the driver on the delay. After 60 minutes the booking will be considered as a case of no show and full booking amount will be forfeited.

Cabzone encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of their luggage/belongings. In case of any loss, from the taxi during the journey, Cabzone shall endeavour to locate the lost luggage/belongings on a "best-effort" basis but Cabzone shall not be held responsible for such loss or damage.

If the Customer leaves any luggage/belongings/goods in the taxi or has any complaint in respect of the services or the use of the taxi, the Customer shall make a complaint in writing to Cabzone within 24 hours from such usage.

In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the driver the customer should immediately report to the support team of Cabzone at customercare@Cabzone.in and share the experience while mentioning the booking reference number.

For all travel types (one way, round trip & local) customer has to bear all extra charges like driver allowance, toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, parking charges, night charges and any other charges applicable as mentioned on the voucher.
